**SCOPE OF WORK/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E System in the farm and perform frequent inspections to ensure that the system is in good working condition at all times.- Lead group of technicians in installation, maintenance and monitoring of all electrical works to support efficient farm operations ensuring that all facilities are running in good condition.- Comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga's requirements for electrical installations.- Responsible for maintenance management program including corrective and emergency maintenance.- Carry out periodic schedule inspection and testing.- Manage & supervise site jobs done by contractors or vendors.- To drive cost-saving initiatives within the company.- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from the Management.**Job requirement**- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.- Experience in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.- Able to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.- Positive and aggressive working attitude, able to think critically, a good team player and able to work independently.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- working: 2 years (required)License/Certification:- A4 Chargeman (required)
