Chargeman

a. Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.b. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.c. Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.d. Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.e. Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.f. To carry out the relevant operation and maintenance duties required by the superior in accordance to the daily maintenance activities.g. To achieve minimum downtime for equipment at the factory and relevant i.e : genset, substation and transformers.**Job Requirement**- Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO or A1 or A4).- Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- A team player with excellent communication skills.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- related: 1 year (preferred)
