Job Description:
S P Setia Berhad is looking for a Chat Support Assistant who can work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues through online chat platforms. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to assist customers effectively.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner through online chat platforms- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services
Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Comfortable working independently from home- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
