Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. Requirements:- Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment- Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently- Innovative mindset to propose solutions and improvements to customer support processes- Excellent written communication skills in English- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software
