Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner- Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Make independent decisions to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary- Innovate solutions to common customer problems and provide feedback to improve processes- Strive for a harmonious workplace where collaboration and respect prevail

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment- Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently- Innovative mindset to propose solutions and improvements to customer support processes- Excellent written communication skills in English- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support software
