Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service through chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in responses- Analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in chat support management- Provide support and guidance to chat agents in handling complex customer inquiries and escalations- Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM tools- Resilient and adaptable personality traits- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
