Chef Assistant

Requirements
?Candidate must possess at least primary/secondary school/SPM/ “O” Level,Professional certificate in Food & Beverage services management or equivalent
?At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
?Experience in F&B line will be added advantage
?Self-motivated, responsible, adaptable, hardworking
?Team players. required to work in teams to get their work completed in a standard of the code in preparing quality food.
?Good knowledge on kitchen flow,kitchen cleanliness & personal hygiene
?Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibility
?Assists the daily kitchen operation
?Oversee/Handling the preparation of mise en place
?Inventory management
?Discuss food preparation outcome
?coordinating the cooks-follow up the cooking and food preparation as the customer order
?Ensure the standard and monitor the quality of the food ,equipment and works area
?Explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulation
