1. To assist on plan, execute, monitor the yearly F&B segment — domestic Product Development projects. 2. To Assist communicated with related central kitchen for the needs of product development. 3. Assist to source for ingredients and communicate with Procurement Dept. for the needs of product development. 4. To assist plan and conduct new products development for nationwide OLDTOWN outlets or Local Store Marketing (LSM) Program. 5. Assist to plan and conduct the execution of New Product Launching. These include preparing new product testing for New Product Management Committee (NPMC). 6. Assist development of Standard Operating Procedure and Manuals for new products, tools and equipment. 7. Assist to monitor the overall performance of New Products Launching and OLDTOWN menu and recommend necessary changes to improve on the products. 8. Assist to review and update of OLDTOWN Standard Operating Procedures when required. 9.
