Job Purpose To delivery set targets for new product development, product improvement, value creation, and sales, marketing and plant support with set guidelines from Senior Chemist or RD&l Lead.
Key Accountabilities Execute laboratory activities covering a range of technical projects Provide technical support to internal functions such as marketing, sales, operations and procurement Maintain laboratory functionality at required standard Maintain Quality system in the Company Implement HSES plan as set by RD&I Lead Execute paint work activities and to deliver within specified set timeline, with recommendation, proposal for adjustment, relevant test and data collection Complaint analysis and investigation Ensure colour related work is accurate and properly executed Provide guidance to lab technician on daily work Experience Degree with 1-3 years or Diploma with 5 years experience of laboratory work in related discipline Strong analytical, problem solving and organisation skills Good practical, analytical and laboratory skills Education BSc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent .
