Chemist ( Prefer CHINESE )Role Description:1. Daily lab work in the R&D laboratory and be responsible for the development, effectiveness and efficiency of the R&D department.2. Ensure formulas are stable and comply with NPRA requirement3. Responsible for product stability, product budget, product continuous improvement, product innovation development and latest product trends.4. Ensure daily activities are carried out smoothly and meet samples submission on time.5. Working with other departments in quality assurance & production to ensure consistency of the product quality.6. Maintain proper filing and documentation system7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned8. Able to do multitasking job**Requirements**:1. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in laboratory2. Degree or diploma in Chemistry or Applied chemistry.3. Able to work independently with strong commitment4. Effective communication and self-motivated5. Computer literate and able to write & speak in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia6.
