Chief Operation Officer (Coo)

Job Description:? Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.? Implement operational plan with strategies that are in alignment with the short and long-term objectives.? Ensure product registrations for launching of new/existing products.? Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.? Directly oversee the leadership team, and by extension,their departments. Hold the department heads accountableto exceptionally high standards of execution andperformance.? Closely monitor key performance metrics, ensuring servicequality, speed, and resource efficiency consistently meet and exceed established targets.**Requirements**:? Minimum Bachelor's degree in business or related field.? Minimum 10 years' proven experience in a operating function? Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity? Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.?
