**Key Responsibilities**:- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development, and Chinese language acquisition for toddlers.- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery, with an emphasis on fostering an early interest in the Chinese language and culture.- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude toward language learning among children.- Observe and assess children's behavior, development, and language learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child's individual needs and interests.- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including attendance, development, language acquisition, and milestones.- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children's overall progress, development, and language proficiency.- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education and language instruction.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, with the ability to teach basic language skills effectively.- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.- CPR and First Aid certification.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
