Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.- Ability to work under direction as well as independently.- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.- Provide support to other departments as needed, including answering phones and directing calls.- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.**Requirements**:- Age : 25 - 30 years old- Minimum SPM with relevant experiences. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.- Minimum 1 year relevant working experiences.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Able to know English & BM (Mandarin Optional)- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.Pay: From RM1,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
