Job Title:Clerk, Planning**Job Description**:- The Role: Preparing labels/Releasing TO/Releasing WO/WO closure/WO variance, for FOUP mainly- The core purpose is the mission of the job - why it needs to be filled and how it fits into the organization. By narrowly defining the Core Purpose, you're able to define what's needed to solve the existing business challenge(s)- FOUP is having a huge requirement on serial numbers' label printing, hence, required manpower to handle it. It is very time-consuming.-- Error in label printing can invite customers' CAR/complain/escalation and may cause customers to line down.-- FOUP is having a long list of components, need to release/print many WO, there is huge paperwork load involved for both Molding, 2nd Operation and Assembly production.- In this role you will: Preparing labels fast/accurate (100% correct) without any error, this applies as well to WO preparation/printing, scheduling update, on time WO closure, WO variance monitoring etc.- What are the expected outcomes? What must this role get done in order to meet your business objectives? Define "what success will look like."- Need a replacement to handle heavy burden on serial numbers' label printing, it must be 100% accurate, to avoid CAR/escalation from customers. Wrong serial may cause customer to line down, jeopardizing Entegris' Goodwill/Reputation/Trust.-- Involving a long list of components (SFG/FG), heavy burden on scheduling, WO preparation/releasing/printing, to ensure smooth production running /efficiency.-- WO closure to be on time, to avoid/reduce on WO aging/Past due.-- OTS/Inventory can be improved for good support in planning job.- What are the Position Specific Competencies?
