JOB VACANCY - Due to expansion we have vacancies as below: Client Account Manager for Customized/Plastic Packaging - 2 positions (GOLD STANDARD CUSTOMER SUPPORT) Responsibilities: - Identify customer needs and provide with accurate, comprehensive solutions with on demand response - Exposure in measuring tools in, Metrics & KPIs - Well versed in CRM (customer relationship management) system - Well versed in Social Media Marketing & Facebook ads/ Google ads / Youtube - Manage Facebook, Instagram & Shopee - Familiar in Search Engine Marketing guidelines for optimization - Design and implement marketing plans - Resourceful and work with sales team to develop targeted sales strategies - Maintain client relations - Create and present sales performance report Requirements: - Diploma/degree in Multimedia & Marketing, Business related field, Customer Service or any related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint) - Proven work experience as a Sales Executive/ Digital Marketer in packaging or similar role - Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing. - A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and networking skills - Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure - Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same field Commission paid based performance Qpack Malaysia-based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
