Client Account Manager (Moving Consultant)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Conduct on site visit and help clients identify their ideal moving package based on their suggestions and requirement.- Provide end to end service while organizing household goods shipment are invoiced fully, on time and cover additional charges.- Responding to client queries and complaints and identifying areas in need of improvement.- Provide supervision and leadership to our moving team.- Ensure all materials for packing household goods are in stocks.**JOB REQUIREMENT**- Fresh graduate / at least 1 year experience in handling customers and team.- Good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Good in leadership skills and time management.- Strong sense of responsibility.- Have own trasnport.- Have driving license.- Prefer male.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
