Responsibilities Achieving monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell.Deliver a memorable retail experience through: initial contact (body language and greeting), assessing the client's needs, make the client dream (romance the product), offering excellent after sales service / follow-up.Learn from Store Manager and store team on how to maximize business opportunities.Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations.Perform with energy, proactiveness, does not give up attitude and actively researches ways to improve results / problem solving.Collect the feedback from clients on the collection and share them to the Store Manager.Gather information on competitor activities, visiting competitors, read editorials, magazines, etc.Contribute to team work, adapt to different personalities, is flexible, seeks support from and provides support to team members.Ensure interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the retail industryPossess initiative, meticulous and detail-orientedDemonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand the retail industryAble to work independently with minimal supervision and guidancePrior working experience in the luxury retail industry preferred but not mandatoryAbility to communicate effectively and efficiently, preferably in more than 2 languagesTeam player with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Please email your resume to: .
