**Job Mission**- Provide excellent customer service by creating good relationships with clients- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating ahand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance- Create along-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.- Demonstrate active leadership on selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES****SALES**- Achieve individual KPIs:- Sales targets- Sales Per Transaction (SPT)- Assist in daily sales and weekly sales report**STUDIO APPEARANCE**- Ensure studio clean, neat and tidy at all times- Manage appointment with client and timely upkeep with new lead**CUSTOMER SERVICE & CRM**- Acquire new clients to THP database.- Develop client relationships by providing clients regular updates**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**- Caring, authentic trusted Client Advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style;- Malay woman and good with basic english- SPM leaver or fresh graduates encourage to apply- Acting and thinking first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients;- Not a complainer.
