Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis, insights and reporting. Our team members are spread out between Chile, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia, the UK and the US. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Master Data Management Analyst role to shape and deliver our Oracle Accounts Receivable module database, managing and supporting our global financial customer data.What you'll bring- Our organization is focusing a great deal of resource and effort to digitize the enterprise global reporting and insights, so you'll be part of an important project with high visibility. - Your role is critical to perform data maintenance activities, key to transforming and validating data that can be made "ready" for business insights and reporting. - You will help EMDM team harmonize and regulate how people, processes and technology interact within our data ecosystem and facilitate this data availability.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMS Office – Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPointWorking knowledge of CRM or Financial systems, Business Intelligence, and/or data management tools is a plusEfficiently communicates in English both in written and spokenHighly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible working hours due to stakeholders being in multiple time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer creation and maintenance submissions for completeness, quality and adherence to standards entering the customer updates and new customers into Oracle within the stablished SLAs.Measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting, and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.Work with stakeholders to create processes to meet their needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementationIdentify data quality issues and provide resolution to correct the issuesDevelop processes or automated solutions to address data issues to prevent them from reoccurringQualificationsQualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred0-1 Years of experience in data entry experienceRecent graduate students are welcome to applyExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal as the role required to support global countriesFlexible working hours due to stakeholders being in multiple time zonesWorking knowledge of CRM or Financial systems, Business Intelligence, and/or data management tools is a plusHighly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
