Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with our company.3. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to address client needs and resolve any issues.4. Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients to showcase our products and services.5. Use persuasive communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.6. Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.7. Assist in organizing and attending client events, meetings, and conferences as necessary.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve our clients and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.4. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.6. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
