As a Client Relations Associate at UEM Sunrise Berhad, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients remotely. This part-time position requires a high level of resourcefulness and resilience to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone, email, and video conferencing.2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.4. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.5. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements.6.
