Client Relations Manager - Work From Home

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our team working from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure successful implementation.4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing client satisfaction.5. Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.5. Ability to work independently and drive results.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
