Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and online platforms- Understand and address client needs and concerns promptly and efficiently- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services- Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting issues- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a client-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs- Creativity in finding solutions to client challenges- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
