Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will also be tasked with actively seeking out new clients and opportunities to expand the company's client base. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to reach out to them- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system- Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:- Driven and dedicated personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level- Excellent research skills to understand client needs and market trends- Proven experience in client relations or sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
