The Role You will be responsible for : Cultivate robust connections with Corporate and vendor (Clinics & Hospitals) clients in Singapore, nurturing trust and surpassing expectations Take proactive steps to showcase the HealthMetrics product to prospective clients in the Insurance and Human Capital sectors, stimulating interest and arranging appointments Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Conduct comprehensive online onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand the full functionality of the portal specific to their needs (HR vs. Clinic/Hospital). Partner with Singapore team to identify client needs and recommend solutions to optimize their use of the HealthMetrics portal. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience for both Corporate and Panel clients. Manage and maintain accurate client records within our CRM system. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service within the Singaporean healthcare landscape. Ideal Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within corporate healthcare/insurance Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with both corporate clients (HR) and healthcare providers (clinics & hospitals). Effectively managing client expectations, attention to detail, strong communicator, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hybrid work settings, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems a plus. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) prioritized to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region Comfortable to travel when necessary What's on Offer?
