Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This position is at a Mid-to-Senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess excellent people management and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client experience- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client service representatives- Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 6+ years of experience in client service management- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
