Client Services Manager, Pb - Client Services

**Key Responsibilities**- Assist Private Bankers on daily administrative and operational tasks and attend to clients' instructions precisely and in a timely manner.- Assist Private Bankers in managing and reviewing their client bases to ensure optimal productivity and compliance.- Identify and act on any potential cross-selling opportunities.- Liaise with back office colleagues for any inquiries or discrepancies on transaction requests.- Ensure services provided to clients meet/exceed client's expectation and are consistent with CIMB Private Banking service standards.
