Job description**Responsibilities**:1. Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, gaining testimonials or feedback2. Ensuring the renewals contracts are sent in timely manner, and ensure payment were made before the subscription ends3. Approaching existing clients for referrals4. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate5. Develop and maintain good customer relations to actively cross-sell emerging products and solutions6. Maintain proper documentations for safekeeping and audit purposes7. Meticulous and follow the given processes properly8. Comfortable in helping customers with complaints and questions**Requirements**:1. Minimum Degree holder in any field, preferably hospitality background.2. Strong English language capability3. Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills4. Able to work independently5.Strong time management skill6. Strong team player7. Results-oriented and customer-focused Training and allowance will be provided**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
