Client Servicing Intern

**Summary**:To build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving progress in achieving clients' marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency.**Responsibilities**:- Project timeline delivery- Maintains central filling system for documentation and tapes.- Guides the day-to-day development of all client projects. Ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.- Keeps agency personnel informed of client requests and changes.- Obtains all required client approvals, promptly (including cost estimates).- Coordinates with the media, creative and production members of the account team to ensure all media deadlines and rotations schedules are accurate and up to date.- Transmits billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate. Attends to inquiries or disputes regarding billing and payment, when necessary.- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior**Job Requirements**:- Minimum diploma in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business or any related field.- Good Communication and presentation skills.- Careful & meticulous.- A self-starter and a team player with the ability to multitask.- Able to work within timelines.- Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 months**Salary**: RM1,199.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
