As a Client Solutions Manager, you will generate new/existing business by managing relationships with Media Solutions clients, including executing client objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant. You will leverage your knowledge of online media, superior communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help shape and grow client’s business. You will use your influencing and relationship building skills to drive client’s experience leveraging our media solutions by providing best-in-class client service, research, and market analysis. You will leverage ROI data to build a case for renewal and upsell opportunity and ongoing campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas to provide more value to clients through current campaign expansion and leveraging data and analytics to build a case for upsell opportunities. The Client Solutions Manager is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

Own the end to end campaign media management for media clients, which encompasses everything from acquiring/developing business, supporting scaled platform onboarding, programmatic activation support, campaign optimization, reporting support and upsell. Responsible for pipeline and forecast management in accordance with sales call center business process excellence. Generate sufficient pipeline, accurately forecast and maintain/enrich account data. Build strong relationships with clients by providing best-in-class customer experience identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance Partner with sales reps to acquire/develop accounts and troubleshoot campaign issues flagged by assigned clients Advise on media creative, content quality and development, and campaign optimization leveraging recruitment media expertise to maximize performance and delivery Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs Ability to troubleshoot client issues that arise from using self-serve products such as Insights tags, Sponsored Content, retargeting, etc. in order to resolve basic errors Help drive the activation of clients’ media solution to ensure complete utilization

Who are we looking for?
Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree Minimum 1-3 years digital media advertising sales, marketing, consulting, and sales account management Excellent English and Korean communication/written skills Good understanding on digital media advertising, sales & customer buying cycle. Ability to communicate and value propositions Proven record of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B market (i.e. enterprise or SMB market) and can show significant increases in sales growth due to personal efforts. Proven ability in the implementation campaign and follow up of campaign activities Must have previously used a CRM Sales module (e.g. SFDC) A self-motivated, positive & winning attitude Results driven, high energy level, willing to learn, well-organized and strong follow-through Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines Independent yet a team player Ability to establishes and maintains good relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers Ability to adapt to accommodate changes in industry and company direction Wants to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
