**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. **Responsibilities:**1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account set-up, troubleshooting, and product inquiries.3. Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues.5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.6. Provide feedback to the management team on improving client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging client situations.2. Strong problem-solving and planning skills to effectively address client needs.3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
