As a Client Support Representative at Berjaya Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is ideal for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner- Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Provide product and service information to clients and assist them with placing orders- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements:- Confident and hardworking personality traits- Strong leadership skills and the ability to think creatively when solving problems- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines consistently- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools- Experience in a fast-paced client support environment is preferred- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree is a plus
