**Responsibilities**- Check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients- Receive and direct phone calls & schedule appointments- Handle billing process- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies- Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history- Arrange inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies & stock arrangement**Requirements**:- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia- Detail-Oriented Works Well with a Team- Strong Customer-Service Skills & Good Listener- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills & Organisational Skills- Mathematical Skills & Scientific Skills,- Possess positive thinking & good working attitude- Willing to take up accountability & challenges**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
