Clinic Assistant

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Keep the clinic neat & orderly, ensure all necessary supplies are adequate for the day.2. Check availability of charts for patients who have appointment for the day.3. Perform assessments, collect & chart patient information before being seen by the physician.4. Position patient and assist the physician during examination. Be sure to consider privacy.5. Be present during physical examination particularly if the patient is female and doctor a male.6. Collect and label specimen before sending to laboratory.7. Assist patient to dress up after examination.8. Clean equipment properly after use or send to CSSD for sterilization if needed.9. Diligently check that all physician's orders are reflect in the charts/physician order sheet.10. Make appointment and send reminders to patients who fail appointments.11. Demonstrate efficiency in shortening the patients' waiting time by promptly attending to patients' needs, ready with laboratory reports, availability of information and charts.12. Inform departments concern e.g. radiology, physio, OR etc. Provide proper direction for patient to proceed to the next department/destination.13. Communicate with supervisor on occurrences and suggestions.14. Keep patients and hospital information confidential.15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Admin.**REQUIREMENT**- Any relevant certificate - minimum SPM- Preferably 1 - 2 years of experiences from related field- Basic computer skills in Microsoft office.- Matured and pleasant personality- Ability to demonstrate genuine concern for patients- Ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time.- Strong oral and written communication skills.Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Clinical Assistant: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/13/2024
