Clinical Assistant Role

Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed- Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries- Assist in explaining the procedures to patients- Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image- Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required**Requirements**:- Willing to travel to Singapore for training- Min Diploma- Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel- Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage- Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift
