Job Description: Thoughtfull is looking for a driven, resourceful and strategic individual to be our Clinical Development Specialist. You will play a key role in running professional development activities involving ThoughtFull Professionals and other mental health professionals. This includes planning of professional development programs, evaluation of learning and development initiatives, managing relationships with relevant institutional stakeholders and ensuring our network service quality is at the highest level. The perfect candidate is someone who has a mix of relevant subject matter expertise in mental health and is also able to think strategically about how and what we need to improve our quality and scale our operations. What you will do: Plan, manage and evaluate professional development programs and peer supervision group for our network of mental health professionals Work closely with Marketing to design engagement materials for professional development events Engage with bodies of oversight within the region (i.e. LKM, SPS, Singapore Association for Counselling) to develop working relationships and promote professional development programs for mental health professionals Own and implement new initiatives or programs relating to ThoughtFull Professionals?and the larger mental health professionals network with the aim of educating, creating awareness and improving care delivery Requirements About you: Must possess a Masters in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling or other equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of experience Passionate about professional development and improvement of quality in mental healthcare delivery Proficient in Excel and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello)? Detail-minded in execution and cares about delivering at a high standard?? Commitment to upholding the highest standards of privacy and ethics in handling sensitive data?
