About the role:As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Administrative and organizational support to senior leaders based in APAC and EMEA. This will require you to be flexible to accommodate the different times zones that need to be covered. Your discretion and attention to detail will be highly valued.•Anticipate and Adapt: Anticipate the needs of multiple managers and demonstrate flexibility in accommodating work schedules.•Meeting Maestro: Coordinate meeting logistics, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling.•Calendar Wizardry: Manage multiple calendars with finesse, keeping everyone on track.•Travel Guru: Coordinate travel arrangements, making sure our team members reach their destinations hassle-free.•Event Extraordinaire: Oversee logistics for special events, including team all-hands meetings and off-sites. Skills and Experience: Previous administrative or coordination roles preferred.•Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.•Organizational Savvy: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. •Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and communication.
