Cnc Manager

**Responsibilities**:1. Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to calculate dimensions, determine the sequence of machine operations, select the proper cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates need optimize production.2. Understand NC programs and able read.3. Test and revise programs to eliminate errors, and retest programs to check that problems have been resolved.4. Create and maintain process documentation with instructions and in-process drawings or photos so machinist can understand instructions on how to set up and run the programs with ease.5. Observe machines on trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure that programs and machinery will function properly and produce items that meet specifications.6. Work with Management to identify opportunities for process improvement within machine operations.7. Be primarily responsible for initiating, executing, and analyzing Tooling Tests.8. Effectively and efficiently carry out production process:a) Supervises employee's daily performance & assists in employee developmentb) Sets example with company rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure safe and effective operations.9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report10. Other task as per assign by MD**Job Requirements**:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field2. Proven experience in CNC machining, with a strong understanding of CNC operations and programming.3. Leadership experience, wit the ability to motivate and lead a team.4. In-depth knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and machining processes.5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Knowledge of safety, quality and compliance standards in manufacturing.8. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.9.
