Cnc Mining Setter

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines.
* Setup, operate and maintain CNC machines for CNC milling machines based on given drawing.
* Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule & manufacturing efficiency.
* Prepare daily production report and work closely with QC Department.
* Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauges and fixture for accurate in-process inspection.
* Coordinate with team and other related production lines for smooth operation flow.
* Be willing to commit to overtime when available or required.
* Notify the supervisor of any machines or tooling problems which could affect product quality and safe work condition.
Requirements :
* High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) is an advantage.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably specialized in manufacturing/production operation or equivalent.
* Proficient in Auto CAD, Software and Master CAM.
* Ability to read and write English, Malay & Mandarin
