Job description**Roles & Responsibilities**Job Overview: To take charge project management of overall project implementation, completion and hand over as well as defect rectification work.**Responsibilities and Duties**:- To lead and support site team, coordinate with consultants and other departments for successful and efficient project implementation, completion and hand over for all pre, on-going and post development of project.- Regular ad-hoc/weekly/fortnightly discussions or meetings with HOD project, site team, consultants and other departments for coordination and update for the approvals required for project completion and CCC.- To check and ensure the building and units are constructed in accordance to approved plan and contractual obligation to purchaser via SPA.- To implement MS quality standard and requirement to build good quality products in order to achieve targeted minimum score for internal and external assessments as well as minimize defect complains during hand over vacant possessions.- To achieve min 75 points for QLASSIC assessment and 80 points for internal In Process Quality (IPQ) assessment.
