M&E Project Manager

They specialize in services including: - Air conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ME01 - L5) - Electrical Services (ME05 - L4) - Fired Protection Services (ME06 - L4) - Integrated Building Services (ME15 - L5). With more than 25 years of experience, their list of projects spans from Mobil Oil, CISCO, Lloyd's Bank, Mandarin Hotel, Mustafa Warehouse & Shophouse, Microsoft and more.The organization is also experienced in dealing with both new and existing buildings, and various types of developments including retail, industrial, office, plant, residential, hotel, military/camp, institution, healthcare, HDB, shopping mall, equipment replacement and more.**Responsibilities**- Ensure execution of work flow as per site requirement.- Liaison with client, builder & vendor rep for smooth delivery, workflow & inspection.- Assist in equipment selection & calculation.- Daily & weekly, routine site meetings with client & vendor + ensuring follow thru.- Preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessment, etc.- Ad-hoc assignments in case needed to support project & operational needs.**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma (Preferably in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering)- 5 years or more experience in similar capacity.- Preferably experience in Healthcare Projects and A&A works- Remuneration commensurate with experience & capacity.- Based in Project Site, work based on Project Timeline & schedule**THIS IS A SG BASED JOB OPPORTUNITY****Salary**SGD$6,000 - $10,000Encasa Asia Employment Services LLPEA Licence No: 13C6898**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable in relocating to SG or to travel to & fro between Malaysia and SG for work purpose?**Experience**:- Healthcare Projects and A&A works: 5 years (preferred)- calculation & equipment selection: 5 years (preferred)- ACMV related M&E Contractor firm as a Project Manager: 5 years (preferred)
