Job description**Requirements**:- Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)- Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew- Able to cope with fast-paced environment.- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.- Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.**Responsibilities**- Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.- Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.- In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers- Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low- Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.- Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.**Benefits (For Full Time)**- Monthly Sales Incentive- Various type of leave (Annual Leave, Marriage Leave, Paternity Leave etc)- Training & Uniform provided- Medical Benefits (claimable)- Staff Beverage**Casual Rate: RM8/hour****Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift
