Collection Officer / Executive

We offer 5-day work week, observe full public holidays, confirmed staff enjoys term life insurance and hospitalization benefits.   Job Responsibilities: - 1.      To call customers and follow up on the contract renewal and outstanding          payments 2.      To update customers' information and details in the system 3.      To ensure monthly collection have been paid to meet the target 4.      To issue reminders, statement of account and invoices to client 5.      To prepare reports on collection activities 6.      Perform other related duties as and when is required   Job Requirements: - 1.      Candidate must pass at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent level 2.      Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply 3.      Able to communicate effectively with various types of customers 4.      Able to perform good collection result 5.      Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and          independently 6.      Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
