**Collections Hub Trainer** **-** **(**230001LO**)****Job Summary**:To coach & train new as well as existing collections officers to work independently and effectively in their role.**Duties and Responsibilities**:1. Impart collections skills and knowledge to coach and train new hires as well as existing officers2. Training materials should be updated promptly and timely3. Provide training in respect of collections basic, processes, systems, product, negotiations modules4. Guide new hires and existing officers to improve on service calls and achieve service excellence5. Guide supervisors and senior collectors in responding to feedback received6. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Hub HOD7. Propose process improvement and enhanced call scripts via feedback received8. Provide Collection support to new initiatives launched by business units9. Work with various stakeholders to ensure collections policies; procedural manuals are timely reviewed and renewed10. To be certified as correspondent writer for the department**Qualifications****Skills set and experience**:1. Possess strong verbal and written communications and negotiation skills2. Possess good interpersonal and people management skills3. Strong in process and workflow management to achieve higher efficiencies4. Knowledge of best collection practises and litigation proceedings is preferred5. Good writing skills and presentation skills**Experience & Qualifications**1. Relevant Tertiary or equivalent professional qualification2.
