Commercial Controlling Manager

As Category Finance Manager SN you are acting as the Finance Business partner to the Marketing Director as well as the brand and medical marketing teams, by providing actionable insights to optimize Advertising and Promotions spend, optimize pricing strategy, drive profitability and drive product portfolio management.What we ask- Possess a degree in Accountancy or a related discipline- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the FMCG environment with 3 to 5 years of managerial experience- Have broad business experience e.g. fulfilled Finance roles in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and/ or Planning & reporting- Be consumer and customer centric by in-depth understanding (outside-in view)- Solid SAP and Hyperion knowledge- Excellence in managing the relationship with related stakeholders in the company- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude- Strong problem-solving skill required, with a continuous improvement mind-setWhat we offer- Multinational organization- Excellent career development and learning opportunities- Good remuneration packageVacancy descriptionPerformance Management- Track performance of product category focusing on both leading and lagging KPIs- Co-lead monthly business review cycle presenting to Business Group Management team- Responsible for forecast and budget cycle for Specialized Nutrition CategoryProduct Portfolio and pricing management- Assist in category strategy development, taking outside-in view (competitor- and other eternal developments) and translate the strategy into five-year financials and financial KPIs- Lead product launch business case process, following R&D stage gate process- Conduct regular review and amendment of strategic pricing proposition and ensure adherence to the strategy by sales and marketing teamsReturn on Investment- Ensure Advertisement and Promotion (A&P) spend effectiveness and control and continuously challenge of cross functional teams to increase effectiveness of A&P spend (e.g. media, medical marketing, digital etc)- Perform post-launch evaluation of recently launched products including financial and non-financials measurements
