Ensure the optimal use of raw materials and reduce the rate of loss (wastage) which results in a reduction in the profit margin.5. Ensuring semi-finished raw materials (Work In Progress) are stored according to appropriate procedures.6. Self-perform and ensure the implementation of cleaning tasks in the back / kitchen by the store staff based on the procedures and hygiene standards set.7.
