Commis Chef/Demi Chef

Be a part of Pop Meal's growing food production team responsible for commissary, butchery, mise-en-place, cooking and portion control 2. Ensuring that daily production targets for output, quality and waste are met 3. Following all SOPs and quality control procedures to ensure best quality and safe preparation and storage of food. 4. Participate in ongoing improvements to the menu and be part of a journey to learn the latest in food production, packaging and technical ingredients 5. Report any equipment failure or other OHS issues immediately to supervisors. Personally responsible for personal hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils. You are: 1. Hardworking, committed and willing to adapt to learn and conquer new challenges 2. Has at least 2- 3 years experience as a commis chef in an established F&B brand 3. Computer literate  4.
