Commis - Full Time

Responsibilities:- To assist chef in ensuring that all mise-en-place are prepared accordingly to recipes given and subsequently maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.- To assist chef to prepare the food following to the food ordering system.- To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and ensure orders are made in order time in.- To arrange and keep good inventory of all food items in kitchen.- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.- Any other tasks assigned by Head Chef.**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position and operation.- Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.- Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- When are you able to start if you were hired?- What's the best way to contact you?- Are you in Kota Kinabalu now?**Experience**:- line cook: 1 year (preferred)
