**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**Commis responsibilities generally assist the other chefs. They help to prepare ingredients and do any tasks the chef need assistance with.**Responsibilities**:- Assist Chef in daily to day preparation, cleaning and preparing of all basic food items- Produce a quality dishes following established recipes and SOP- To assist in inventory and stock ordering- Restocks all items as needed throughout service- Adheres strictly to safety, cleanliness and sanitation regulations- Perform any other related as management may require from time to time**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay
