***Position: Senior Lecturer / Lecturer****Required Qualifications**- Reliable, pleasant, creative problem solver and a collaborator.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**- Effective communication to include written communication- Effective interpersonal skills**Responsibilities**- Design and deliver teaching, learning, and assessment experiences that are innovative and of excellent quality for students- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and quality assurance of the programme curriculum development and review- Conduct high-quality research and maintain an active record of publication, build a profile of grants and supervise student research and placement- Take part in collaborations with other institutions, government bodies, industry and community for research and educational projects- Cross teaching in other programmes if required- Undertake and contribute in administrative/leadership responsibilities such as managing/coordinating a module/programme, attending departmental meetings, participate in committees and working groups within the centre and faculty- Performs other related duties as assigned
