Job Responsibilities:- Define, coordinate, and execute an internal and external communications calendar in an international environment.- Ensure external communications are on strategy, message, and brand.- Work closely with the global Communications Team to develop a media relations strategy including press releases, public statements, and other documents for which appropriate messaging is critical.- Develop and execute the company APAC Events strategy- Partner closely with the global Communications Team and creative agencies to ensure our creative ideas make most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned, and paid channels, and are deployed via innovative, targeted media and technology- Develop, maintain, and update Q&A documents as needed- Help to manage APAC social media presence.- Initiate the update of the corporate website according to the needs of the APAC region- Coordinate, execute and evaluate APAC communication processes.- Control of corporate identity within the APAC regionJob Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication required.- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese- 1 to 3 years of experience working in Communications, preferably in packaging company, in a transversal role and/or project management role- Ability to travel 10-20%- Experience in printer/ network troubleshooting.- Knowledge of Odoo and Sharepoint metadata is an asset.- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google docs.- Experience in copywriting and editing.- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset.- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills- Strong attention to detail, researcher, ability to take initiative, and good organizational skills.- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple/different way(s) and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.- Capacity to develop an understanding of a dynamic, multi-faceted story, involving multiple elements of scientific, financial, commercial, competitive, strategic, and goal oriented messages.- Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented.- Attention to detail, and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners.- Extended knowledge of the media tools- Understanding of sensitivity around material non-public information**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
